“I love Gleaf. I've been to two of your other locations and I appreciate the service and hospitality and care I've gotten from each of them. I really appreciate your help and your services always......... However, the guard in particular that day gave off a vibe like he couldn't stand his job and like I was inconveniencing him by needing him to let me in.....The look on his face said it all. I can tell you it's very unwelcoming and very uncomforting and makes me feel like I'm a problem or my business is unwanted.....I didn't like the look of the actual physical look he gave to customers as he had to open the door and let them in, and then they fact he was leaned over the counter the entire time looking as unhappy as he could be was unprofessional and unethical. We're medical patients he's giving the look of disgust too...... I know I didn't tell him to apply there and if he hates medical patients and his job, to the point that I as a customer can see it and pick up on it, there's an issue. Not every job is meant for everyone....and that's okay.......however letting it show to the point it makes people feel like a burden is a problem. *** ESPECIALLY MEDICAL PATIENTS, most of already have anxiety, depression, panic disorders or PTSD. I happen to have all of them above and then some........Be Mindful of the service you choose to service or work for, and the people who require your services.”
