Ayr Cannabis Dispensary Land O Lakes is a cannabis dispensary in Land O Lakes, Florida, at the Village Lakes Shopping Center. We serve patients across Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and the rest of Pasco County. Our budtenders take time to help you find what works, and there is no pressure either way. You can browse flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals, and the full menu is online for pickup. A Florida medical marijuana card is required to shop here, and you must be 18 or older.
