Veterans Discount: Must qualify as a veteran, first responder, or nurse and provide a valid Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), Veteran designation on Driver’s License or State ID, Military ID, DD214 documentation, first responder agency identification, nursing license or employer-issued healthcare ID.
Indigent Pricing: Indigent pricing is available to all qualified patients verified by one of the following: Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or Retirement Disability Benefits.
